The 101 in our name is not decoration. Most of what people believe about supplements was written by the people selling them. This is where we try to do the opposite — explain the reasoning, show the trade-offs, and let you decide.
If you are new to herbal wellness
Start with what a formula is and why twenty botanicals behave differently from twenty separate ingredients. Then read why we chose whole loose leaf over the convenience of a tea bag, because that single decision explains most of what makes this product different.
If you are comparing us to something else
Read the alkaline principles page. It sets out what we claim, and more usefully, what we refuse to claim. The wellness category is full of assertions that cannot be supported, and knowing which ones we decline to make tells you more than any benefit list.
If you want the science
Our physiology and homeopathy pages go further into oxidative stress, mineral function, and the history of naturopathic practice. They are longer and denser and make no attempt to sell you anything.
What we will not do here
We will not tell you a plant cures a disease. We will not invent a mechanism to make a product sound more scientific than it is. We will not use fear about your health as a marketing device.
Traditional use is a real thing with a real record, and it is worth taking seriously on its own terms. It does not need to be dressed up as something else.
