The same foundation, tuned to the hour
Your body does not ask for the same things at seven in the morning and ten at night. Most wellness products ignore that and sell you one formula to take whenever you remember.
Day and Night share nineteen botanicals. What changes is small and deliberate — a few additions at each end of the day, chosen for when you are drinking rather than what you are treating.
Day
Star Anise and Ceylon Cinnamon join the foundation. Warm, faintly sweet, clean on the palate. Caffeine free, which means the clarity is not borrowed against an afternoon crash.
Traditionally associated with morning use: steady energy, focus, digestion, and daily defence.
Night
Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Cardamom join the same foundation. Softer, rounder, built for winding down rather than starting up.
Traditionally associated with evening use: calm, restoration, and quality of rest.
Why the foundation does not change
Because it is the formula. Nineteen botanicals across roots, leaves, berries, mushroom and sea vegetable, selected to work as one thing. Swapping the base out at night would mean you were drinking two unrelated products and calling it a system.
What changes is the finish. What stays is the substance.
Using both
Neither one depends on the other. Plenty of people drink only Day, and it is a complete formula on its own. Drinking both simply means the foundation is present at both ends of your day rather than one.
A hundred servings per bag. Loose leaf, brewed properly.
